family business founded in 1936 by S.E. and Faye Davis. Following in his
grandfather and father's footsteps, Mel Davis, his wife Shellia, and their
son Jeff carry on the family business that S.E. and Faye built on integrity,
quality merchandise, fair price and a fine reputation.

From those days when they would pay their
monthly rent with 1oz of gold, lend 50 cents on a pair of shoes or $1.00
on a watch and sell diamond rings for $5.00, we have progressed through
hard work and dedication. After 64 years, our goal is still to provide
you with the finest merchandise at the lowest possible prices.
